Passidori *** informed in June that my Lane recliner was brokenThe recliner has a lifetime parts warrantyI gave them the Style # (XXXXXXXX) and the Serial # (XXXXXXXXX)and they said they would call me back with information about obtaining the partsI waited month and called them backNo one at the store had any idea who I was or what I was talking aboutI gave them the information again with the same promise that they would get right back to meI waited another month and called them backThey said that the serial number was wrong and that they would send someone out to take a picture of the TagNo one showedI took a picture of the Tag and took it to them on February 2, They had no idea who I was or what I was talking about, but that they would get right back to meI have still not heard back from them (2/13/2016)
