Tankless water heater installed October 2019, not working properly since November 2019. I began calling and emailing without a response. In addition to the installed product not working, I did not receive additional products that were including with the purchase of the water heater.

Repair Repair or replace the installed water heater and provide me with the addition products per the contract/agreement.

We received the complaint and are currently in the process of resolving the customer's issue. The customer stated the following:
1. The tankless water heater is not working as advertised
2. Water filtration system was not installed
3. Energy saver device was not sent to the said address.
Our records show the installation was completed as scheduled on September 23, 2019. We appreciate being informed of this matter. We have now scheduled one of our technicians to do a service call for the tankless water heater and water filtration system installation, at 10am on Saturday, February 22, 2020. We have also ordered the energy saver device which should arrive within the week. We are in constant communication with the customer and will provide an update once we confirm that service call and installation have been completed and that customer is fully satisfied with our services.
UPDATE:
We have successfully completed the following:
1. Our technician has diagnosed and solved the issue with the customer's gas tankless water heater. The unit is now working wonderfully.
2. Our technician completed the installation of a new water filtration system on the customer's home.
3. The customer has notified us that she received the Energy Saver device.
These were all completed on Saturday, February 22, 2020. The customer is very happy with the products and service provided. We made sure that the customer has the company's contact information so we can be notified for anything related to the products that we provided
