Professional, family oriented and knowledgeable staff!! I would recommend anyone needing a excellent cleaning product to American home care!
We've had our carpet since we have bought this house and it still looks and feels brand new! The Kirby was definitely worth the money and the people who work there are so kind and understanding. I love the Kirby! Not to mention, our household has 3 kids, a dog, and two adults and the carpet is still amazing! I recommend the Kirby.
My husband and I purchased a Kirby vacuum cleaner from this company on 5/24/18. We purchased the top of the line package and the salesman did not have the turbo cleaning attachments included in the package with him at the time (one of them was named Josh). We were informed we could call the office and pick them up at a later date or that they would bring them by to us at our home (within a week or so). We have called and left multiple messages to receive the rest of our package and we never get a person to answer the phone or return a call.
Their customer service is non-existent. At this point I want to the rest of the equipment that we purchased from this company so we can be done with them or I want a refund.
The sales person, Tristan H, and his associate sold us our Kirby on 4/14/18. They were waiting for a shipment of Zipp tools for cleaning furniture and said they would deliver ours within a week along with extra vacuum bags. We have not received anything. When we tried to contact the business we discovered the phone is disconnected.
My sincerest apologies that your supplies did not get received within the time frame you were originally given. Your supplies were shipped out on 5/01/18 @3:17 pm local time. Priority 3 day shipping would have delivered it by Friday the 4th at the latest. We have been unsuccessful at reaching you to verify delivery, but, it is a good sign that we did not receive a returned package to our office here in Layton. If there is anything else I can do regarding this matter, please inform me. Thank you so much for your business and patience. We look forward to providing you with A+ customer service moving forward.
