In response to the complaint by the [redacted] family, I have attached documentation demonstrating that they were made aware of and even signed agreements which stated our no refund policy in no uncertain termsThe first two peices of evidence were provided by the [redacted] family themselves and I have attached the thirdFirst is the "no refund" written on the receipts given to Mrs***The second is a contract signed by Mr***, where it clearly states "that failure to complete me lessons does not relieve me of my obligation to pay the tuition in full." The third document I am attaching is the personal information and liability waiver the family signed at the very beginning of the training with our school which clearly states directly above the signature line, "I understand that there is no refund policy on any monies I will pay this martial arts academy."
