American Flooring Corporation

Purchased the flooring with a mutual understanding that we would have a residential delivery. Flooring is being inadequately in a large truck with no means of access to our home and we were either required to pick up our flooring 1 mile away from the driver, pick it up from the trucking company ( 125 miles away) or pay an upcharge of $490 for delivery. The website, purchase order, invioce, and sales staff clearly state that residential delivery is $90 to unload and place in garage or if you supply a fork truck then $90 could be refunded we are not receiving the same agreement that was made at sale. The Sales staff were provided with all information and pictures of road access and agreed to the terms and are now trying to upcharge for delivery
