Review: A salesman by the name of J[redacted] sold me a 13 yr old 10 lb Kidde fire extinguisher on 7/14/15 off his truck. Subsequent to that transaction, it was brought to my attention that I was grossly overcharged. I have looked at Home Depot since and the same quality/size fire extinguisher can be purchased brand new for less than 1/2 of what I was charged. I would like some form of refund adjustment from Alliance for this deceitful sales practice. I own a retail establishment and I treat my customers with the utmost respect, offering fair market value pricing. I would have expected the same from a salesman representing your company. Thank you for your consideration as it respects this matter.Desired Settlement: I fully expect a refund adjustment of some sort reflecting the realistic price that I should have paid for a 13 year old Kidde 10 lb fire extinguisher.
