They came out per So Cal Gas' Energy Savings Assistance Program. The original call was to So Cal Gas in January because my mother's house heater in her mobile home wasn't working. They in turn called Eco Services. They came out to assess her home and replaced light bulbs. They said they would come back to work on the heater. They have since been out about 4 or 5 times and have yet to fix her heater. They keep stating that the part is on order and it would take 2 weeks. They've told her this a couple of times. She is an 83 year old woman who now has to use space heaters in her home in the different rooms to stay warm. Luckily she hasn't gotten sick yet. They were supposed to be out again today (March 2nd) at 4:30pm. My mother called them before 5pm and they said they would check on the technician and would call her back. It is now 5:30pm and they still haven't called her back. I've left a message for the supervisor to call me a few days ago, and I never received a call back either.
