My Contract with Chuck at Miami Tan Westlake Village, CA clearly states that it was a 3 month Special, for $99 a month. I signed up for the Special on 9/27/14, but told Chuck I was leaving on vacation the month of October and to start the 3 MONTH SPECIAL (discounted to $99/month) the end of October. In fact Chuck, the owner, who signed me up, UNDERLINED the 3 MONTH and put the dates at the top of the contract 10/28, 11/28 & 12/28 INDICATING WHEN that he would charge my credit card. He is trying to excuse his overcharge by saying it was a membership fee, for $99 ??  It was an advertised DISCOUNTED special for 3 MONTHS @ $99/MONTH, not 4 MONTHS SPECIAL at a discounted price and not an agreement for any ongoing membership AT THE DISCOUNTED PRICE. Why would he charge me for the month of October, when I told him I would be gone and did not want it started until I returned at the end of October???? My BofA Credit Card Company investigated the overcharge, came to the conclusion that he had overcharged me on my Contract and refunded the 4th payment, I had not agree to in any other contract than this 3 month. He has had more than one disgruntled customer regarding money matters. he has reported my $99 to Equifax and I am in the process of clearing it with them. Really Chuck, are you this hard up for $99!! I do not appreciated being over charged and I will not pay you what I do not owe you.Margaret Stackhouse
