We told The lady at Grandview library That we were haaving problems with help and that I was working by myself .I also told her I would donate all the materials for her jobI have been busy with an x worker that was padding time card it tied up alot of timeThis is my first complaint I have ever had American door isnt a big shop I am just man operation On all my jobs I dont take down payments I am sorry she is upset with me

I am rejecting this response because: 1) I have been trying to get this door installed since September (5 months now). I have heard the excuses he offers several times.2) The owner has set up numerous firm appointments to install the door, and I have arranged for my handyman to be available to assist should the need arise.  The owner has never shown up for the scheduled appointments and never bothered to call either.  I have had to pay for the time that my handyman has been present. 3) If the door is not installed before March 1, 2018, I will be in default of my grant and will have to refund the money given for this project.4) I have someone who can install the door.  I simply need the owner to give me the door he says he has ready to install, and all the related materials for installing the door and opening devices.I am perfectly willing to pay for all materials and for time spent to-date.  I just want my door and openers.  The promise to finish the job at no cost is an empty promise since his track record shows that he won't show up anyway.
