The refund check was mailed to this customer on October 19th. Please let us know if there is a problem.
I have an update. Today we received a call and they still refuse to pick up the trash they ignored on Monday but are offering a credit. We are giving then the benefit of the doubt and will accept this. We will open a separate issue if they continue to miss the scheduled trash day.
