Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It would be nice to receive the service I paid for last year but unfortunately American Dealer License has no control over this situation I understandIf that is the case then they should have no problem refunding the monies paid to them in fullI did have the chance to speak to MrK [redacted] on the phone the other day and he explained to me that licenses MAY be processed at the end of the monthNo guarantees At this point I wish to end my relationship with American Dealer License and receive a full refund for their failure to provide service in the time period as advertised (4-weeks) and the money they have you spend on insurance and bonding I believe any respectful company will find this request reasonable for failure to provide what they advertised Sincerely, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The information they are providing is not trueBefore paying for my application I did some research on the American Dealers License and to my knowledge everything seemed ok so yes after months of being in contact and doing my research I made the paymentAfter making the payment I also paid a bond to the state of WAI asked at the beginning of the process when was the rent suppose to be paid and stressed this question for there to be no mistakes and I was told we would begin paying once we received out plates and licenseAfter a month of paying and not receiving the plates or licenses I called and spoke to a gentleman who told me the office was moving locations and that I should have it in about another week because of the transferAnother weeks go by and I call back and speak to the same person who then transferred me to the manager saying he was sorry and our paper work was at the top of the list but they ran into problems and I still said ok and gave it another weekThe last time I called I spoke with the manager and I will not lie I used some words I shouldn't have out of frustration and being lied to and in return the manager gave me the same words back telling me he lost my paper work oh well I'm not getting my money back etcI never received a phone call after that and yes they did send the money back for the application after I made another phone cal telling them I had a lawyer and was going to sueAnd speaking of not responding they never responded until obviously now and this was over a year ago I gave all the paper work and bank statements proving I paid on time for everything Sincerely, [redacted] ***
