I booked this venue for 6pm to 1am for Sunday, Sept 2nd 2018. There were not enough staff members to take care of the hospitality of the hall. My wife slipped on some water on the dance floor and dislocated her knee on our reception night. When we got to the ER we found out everything will be okay and made a call asking for our guest to continue with the night and that we were fine. That is when *** and his father acted unprofessionally telling our guest no the night is over and evening using profanity towards them. Furthermore I was told by *** that we were going to have all plates, silverware, napkins, etc on our reception night covered for. I received a call from him on the day of that it was not included. Eventually he brought them out after one of my guest was requesting to see the contract as I was not there and he refused to show them. At the end of the night his father tried keeping back some of the alcohol that I had purchased saying it was his. The desserts that were made and brought to the hall were never placed on the tables as well. I paid a good amount of money for this venue and didn't receive the service I paid for. I have been attempting to contact *** to discuss for some type of refund or compensation for the inconveniences and he has been ignoring me. There were also some items that were left back at the hall that I have been trying to contact him for to avoid them from being disposed of.
This customer was reimbursed by our company on 9.7.2018 on a amount both of us agreed on.

After finally getting a hold of *** on Friday 9/7/2018 he offered a reimbursement of $2500 for the inconveniences. He advised he would pay $1000 on 9/7/2018 which has already been paid, however the remaining $1500 he asked me to wait until Monday 9/10/2018 and he will pay it which I have not received as yet. I have not been able to get a hold of him since. Attached is the contract per *** for the reimbursement.
