*** ***,I did sell a vehicle to Mr*** back in July Yes, I did promise to send him clear title.Titles in Oregon can be a little confusing for your average person to sign in the proper place.On the back of the title is a section that
states: All owners on the front of this title, who are releasing interest, must sign.All three individuals that where listed on the front of the title did indeed sign the back of the titleHowever, one individual was the Lien Holder and should have signed on the front of the title.At the bottom front of the title is a space that states:Signature and countersignature of security interest holder or lessor releasing all interest.Since he signed it in the wrong space we requested our consignor to get his signature in the right section and bring us back the title as soon as possibleWe ran into a delay when it was determined the lien holder had passed away.Any way to make a long story short we have resolved the issue and I have enclosed copies of the corrected title for your records -- regards, Tracey E*** / Direct Line *** *** / Cell # *** ***American Classics and Hot Rods*** *** *** ***Newberg, Oregon
