Please share!! Tax season is among us!! People whatever u do donor buy a car from American Car center at no location!! They rob from the poor and it ain't a thing u can do about!! But keep your dang credit straight so u don't have to deal !! Car is paid off but charged me $more for freaking "residual " if my baby wasn't away at school in that lil black truck I swear I would have gave that danggone truck back!! I'll be willing to take the loss !! Ugh I'm so mad I could spit fire

They didn't do a good job there. I got my car may 4,2015 on the following Friday the 6th my car started jerking. I really don't know much about cars so I just keep driving and I decided I would let them know about the issue Monday morning. I was called into work Monday so I wasn't able to go up there. The next day which was Tuesday the 10th of May I called up there because on my way to work I was at a red light and the light turned green and I tried to press on the gas it wouldn't go. I keep pressing on the gas then the car finally took off. After that I shortly hopped on the interstate because I was leaving Nashville going to Murfreesboro for work. While I was on the interstate I noticed my engine light popped on and I immediately put my hazard lights on and got over to the far right and pulled over. In front of me was a small pole a little down from me. When I got out, I looked under my hood to check to see if anything was wrong and I didn't notice anything but weird noise while the car was running. I then, shut the hood of my car and got back in the car to pull off, once again I'm pressing on the gas the car didn't move. So I then keep pressing until it finally took of so sudden and hit the pole that was up front of me. After that I headed straight to work clocked in and called my car lot to which is American care center on bell rd to tell them the issue. Basically they told me they could fix the engine and transmission because I "should" have warranty on them and they weren't responsible for the damages on my car. BAD SERVICE! Do not buy your car from here.
