Review: I purchased a puppy a week ago. I went to the vet to have him checked and he has a disease called Legg Calve Perthes disease (which is congenital defect). The paperwork given to me by American Breeders states that under State of CT that an animal with a congenital disease is due reimbursement to the consumer. The owner has not yet returned my calls and messages.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.

To Whom it may concern. Letter from vet suggests trauma as well. X rays were done on 2/7 and Legg Calve Perthes disease was not the issue. Puppy must have "bumped" its leg or pulled a muscle. Puppy is back to normal.
