You refer every customer as a she and if you actually were to read the complaints it's very obvious that most of them were males which would be a he and one of them they'd have state they just simply didn't need it anymore referring to a transmission and your response was you had they had to show how the transmission failed by a certified mechanic.. What? Frank stated I didn't need it anymore. Where did you get it didn't work? After reading your reviews I'm choosing to buy my engine elsewhere and so should every American that has integrity. If they would company like these would no longer exist.

Really need a tracking number for order no answers or return call need to know if it has been no one returns calls nor answer phone has called all departments you need information on when you pay 1600 dollars.

The engine was purchased in 10/3/with a day parts warranty from American Auto Distributing and year parts and labor extended warranty from EngineLastWe received email notification on 2/10/that the engine was installed (days after purchase date)We remitted the install notification
to EngineLast and paid their invoice promptlyEngineLast mailed the activation kit to Ms*** for her to complete activation of their COVERAGE THROUGH ENGINELASTThis coverage is through a separate company and after the initial day warranty, our obligation is fulfilledSometime in the beginning of May we were notified of a potential problem with the engineIt was communicated that since the engine was now purchased from us more than seven months earlier, our day warranty had long since expiredWe directed Ms*** to contact EngineLast direct so she could make a claim on the extended warranty that we had been billed for and paid months earlierIt is our understanding that EngineLast denied the claim due to the extended time it took for Ms*** to have the installation completedIf the failure had occurred within our day coverage period, we would act swiftly to cover the problem with the engineAt this time, we consider this matter closed and encourage Ms*** to open a dialogue with EngineLast to seek coverage under her extended warranty with them that we paid forWe never turn away from our customers and any information Ms*** may need from us to assist in her claim, we are more than happy to provide but our day warranty expired more than six months ago
