We spoke with the customer several times about this issue. When ** came out and did the repairs, they replaced completely different parts. The claim that we installed some part backwards is completely bogus....

The customer sent us an invoice from ** and they replaced some other parts, there was no issue with the parts we installed. If her fridge keeps breaking, how is it our fault? We don't make the parts, we only install them. If you install something incorrectly, it will not work from the day one. If the fridge keeps breaking, I suggest the customer calls the company that makes them.
