Review: I paid [redacted] Alkhasov a deposit of $1600 with a check for the purchase and installation of an A/C unit on 3-11-14. He had told me that he would order the unit and deliver and install it within a week. Then he extended it with different stories of the unit being damaged or he being out of town etc. As of last week, he has not returned any of my phone calls and messages I have left him on his two phone numbers. I am filing this complaint today on April 6,2014. It's nearing a month since I paid him the $1600 and I have no unit and I can't even reach him.Desired Settlement: Either getting my unit and its being installed immediately or a full refund of $1600

The claimed owner, [redacted], made promises to come back to fix my air conditioning multiple times after he fired one of his employees, who initially came out to look at the problem, but rudenessly and inconsiderately became a no show multiple times! This company wasted my time and energy for the whole month! He also lied to me regarding the problem, assuming I'm uneducated about how things works! This company is unreliable and untrustworthy! Please do not waste your time, energy, and money with this company. Don't give yourself headache!!! This is the first review I've ever written in my entire life! I wrote this because I really want others to be aware of this company and to know how bad my experience is with this company!!!
