rejecting this response because: American Airlines never responded to my complaint, and certainly never addressed my concern/question In fact, American Airlines failed to respond to my complaint, at all American Airlines repeatedly delayed, then cancelled my family's flight, rebooking us on a flight over 24hrs later, after a crew delay In violation of their own policies, American Airlines failed to put my wife and I in a hotel, denied us access to our baggage, and only provided a wretched toiletries kit (unfit even for a prison) after repeated and lengthy complaints American Airlines employees failed to address our concerns in person, on the phone, via their website, via email, and ultimately via the Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because: Back on the 11-call, I was clearly told that I had till 11-to call to schedule the flight using the credit I asked several
times to get that understanding I am requesting that tape be reviewed I called AA on 11-6-17, to book a flight using the credit I was promised however I was denied They stated I would’ve had to fly by 11-6- That is not what I was told on the 11-call

I am rejecting this response because:I am not satisfied with what american airlines is telling me or giving me the $vouchers because I had to travel twice, meaning I had to miss
work and pay for tickets, unnecessarily; My papers in my bag were taken, that was a decade of work, taken by whoever American Airlines gave my bag tooPersonal documents with very very private informationThe bag was a small carbagI could've had it overhead but the lady at the American Airlines insisted to take care of it, for them to lose my documents?? Then I had to travel and pay for my tickets, I don't want a voucher, I would please like my two ticketsI am being as pleasant and patient as can possibly be with this time of situationPlease help me Revdex.com
