I'm currently trying to figure out how to sue them as well for violating my consumer rights and charging me for services not rendered and now it's in collections on my credit report. They did absolutely nothing for my son's case, and I was left high and dry during my home interview with IHSS because my advocate decided to leave because the social worker was running late. It took me 6months to get a credible Doctor to evaluate my son and fill out his paperwork! I told no lies during the interview and my son was approved for full hours. They did nothing to help and now they are causing me financial harm because they wanted me to pay 9500 for services they did not provide! I wish I never came across this inhumane group because they are a terrible example of Advocacy and try prey on the most vulnerable in our society! And they also have no shame about it because when I talked to the head of the company about my issue with the fee, he said (verbatim) "Well since we've caused you no harm in obtaining benefits for your son by doing nothing to help you, you still owe the 9500 because you still succeeded in getting full benefits for your son while under contract with us!"
Hello , I’m in the same situation just today I received an invoice saying I have to pay them 9995 dollars , I was very upset because I don’t know for what . I did all my appointments I was doing all the calls all the waiting . The only thing they did was submit 2 forms and the lady was on a video call in my interview nothing else . I’m still lost and confused on what’s next because they don’t really help you .

I received a call telling me the problem would be looked into. I am expecting a call hopefully next week although the fact remains that their employee lost years and years...
worth of importmant medical records that cannot be recovered. It is totally unexceptable and very disheartening as I went to these people for help and got treated very poorly. I can't believe they have employees of this caliber at a place geared toward helping people with disabilities.
