Matter has been resolved per complainants request

This is the second complaint he had made all because he is upset that we made him pay AFTER he cancelled his Check, AFTER WE COMPLETED THE WORKHe had us do the work, was happy about the work, than afterwards paid than cancelledThis is the second complaint and if it continues than we will file a
lawsuit against him for slander and if need be the Revdex.com for allowing multiple complaints from same individual This only hurts us and we have done absolutely nothing to have this issue

First off, this is total ** as they would sayNo one, and I mean no one has accepted any money from herWe actually raked her yard FREE TO HELP HERShe wanted a new roof, signed a contract (which wasn't forced in any manner), initialed every paragraph that was read directly to her so
she was aware of everything and also the cancellation process, had US SEND an email for her to her loan company which she stated she was approved for and how much, set up an install date, and a week later TOLD US TO START AFTER THAT, we purchased materials, had them all ready for delivery, than the day we were starting she cancelledWe explained she owed a cancellation payment due to reimbursement for restocking fee to material companyShe was well aware of everything and she filed a complaint because we sent her an invoiceShe did speak with an attorney at which sided with us and explained that we were in the rightNo one forced anythingAlso, we have an apology letter and email from her stated she was sorry for the complaint and sent you all another email asking to have it removed because we didn't so anything wrong or out of the way improper or unorofessionalI can gladly send a copy of the emailThis is why I dislike the Revdex.com, this affects us greatly even though we have doNE everything correct and peofessionalWe can not help that the material company charges to restock material once purchased and cancelled
