The company is attempting to fraud potential customers.
The company calls and establish and appointment only to never show and when you call and try to reach someone you will not get an answer or someone calls back and said yes someone will be there but never arrives. The company do not install equipment as promise. If you call the number provided you speak to the same gentleman who later states that did not show because the credit application was not approved. No information is giving up front except your address and first and last name therefore they cannot complete a credit check. They also asked my mother for a credit card over the phone and she advised she was not giving that information out and they stated that was fine they will confirm everything at the home. Due to her not providing her debit card information they never show for the appointment and you are not aware until you try to contact them at 6.00 at night. They would not answer the phone from any local numbers with that areas code. My friend called from an out of state number and they answer. They are screening calls and should not be in business. After speaking to a rep she she stated that address is *** North St. Paul Street *** Dallas, TX XXXXX. I called customer service she stated the customer service number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. The promotion is $44.99, $54.99 and $59.99 all of which is nothing upfront and its free installation if they can use your home as a promo-meaning your sign must be seen at all times. This company is a fraud and needs to be shut down and not allowed to do business. Manager name is

Company signed us up for a 3 year agreement for an alarm service but never completed installing the alarm system. Does not return phone calls.
Company has not finished installation of alarm system. What we do have doesn't work. Does not return phone calls.
