AMENTA ENTERPRISES

I contacted Armenta about repairing damage on my $4300 Armenta ring and shipped to the address provided with signature required and tracking by *** reports package was delivered and signed for and emailed me copy of signed receipt.
Armenta claims they did not receive the ring. it has been about 3 months and I have corresponded with several people at Armenta including the Vice President,Jennifer C They claim they never received ring - therefore they will not replace or reimburse me.
I can provide proof of delivery and email correspondences.
