[redacted] Here is my response to dispute ID [redacted] Amber Property Management works at the direction of the Board of Directors, Amber PM did not enter into an agreement with the contractor, the Association – [redacted] did The Board of Directors consisting of elected homeowners in the [redacted] Community make decisions for the entire community, they do their best to keep homeowners informed and in this case sent out notices, a page information packet and held town hall meetings for the homeowners to attend and ask the contractors and Board members questions ahead of the projectThe [redacted] project has been discussed at every [redacted] Board meeting since December and the contractors and the project Manager have been available at all monthly meetings and outside of meetings for and questions or concernsThe Project Managers phone number was also given to [redacted] Issues that Amber Mgmt is made aware of are passed onto Board members and discussed at Board meetings where they discuss and make decisions (No decisions are made by Amber PM) In the case of [redacted] , it is our understanding that at the recent Board meeting, all of [redacted] ’s issues were resolved
The Manager [redacted] has not been with us since December 15th, unfortunately the new Manager [redacted] or the onsite office had not heard anything from [redacted], when I told her about this report she was able to contact [redacted] and discuss the issues and schedule vendors to take a look at the...
