I bought teething necklacesWithing weeks or sooner one of them brokeI tried reaching out to the company for over a month and got no respondSo I decided to go through pay pal because thats the way I paid themThey eventually got back with me saying send the necklace back to an Italy address and then they would send me a new oneAlthough I did not buy it from Italy, I bought them from CaliforniaIt took them close to months for them to respond now they want me to send the product back to another countryThe shipping alone probably will cost an outrageous price to send to ItalyI would just like a partial reimbursement or another necklace!
