Review: I went to [redacted] to have my hair dyed by Amber Coffey who
is an "independent contractor" but with the business she gives she NEEDS a manager. She completely destroyed my hair. When I had left the salon it looked decent but she didn't let me look at it with a mirror and when I got home I realized why! I contacted her that night explaining how unsatisfied I was with my hair and asked for my money back because at that point I was very uncomfortable with even thinking about her fixing it a second time after seeing it the first time. She refused to give my money back when there are no signs saying "no refunds" which it is illegal for her to hold my refund when there is no sign explaining you can not get a refund. Secondly you are suppose to refund for unsatisfactory. Someone who was helping her with my hair even said it looked bad. I am very unhappy that I paid $125 for something and it did not come out looking the way I asked for it to look like. She offered to fix it for free but I am not comfortable with that and also she is on maternity leave until march and there was no way I could wait that long. I am very self conscious about my hair now. I contacted the manager and she was so rude she made me wait an hour for her to come over and tell me she would speak to me outside in cold. She basically told me there was nothing she could do.Desired Settlement: I would hope that somehow someone can help me with this situation. I have done everything I can and will go to the law about this situation if I can not get my refund because there were no signs nor was I told there are no refunds. I would like to have a refund of my $125 dollars in order to get my hair fixed. I would think as a manager "[redacted]" would respect the clients and ask amber who is her best friend go figure to refund me or she should have refunded me and amber could reimburse
