Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because Amazing Registry is not addressing the issueI had no knowledge they trolled the internet for my registries, they did failed to notify me they were using my informationAs such, there was no way for me to de-register (I never actively registered)Moreover, my registries were made private months ago, however Amazing Registry did not remove my information Lastly, Amazing Registry needs to share any revenues as a result of my information I require: (i) a change in Amazing Registries policy, they must implement a policy of notification; (ii) a change in Amazing Registries policy, they must remove registry information once it is made private on the third party sites; and (iii) a share in any profits they received as a result of my information Sincerely, [redacted] ***- [redacted]
[redacted] name was purged from our database when he originally asked us to purge it There are web pages on our site that mention his name [redacted] is not instant, and it will take a little while for them to refresh their index We have no control of [redacted] crawling or indexation rates Please be patient, and all will be well
We are adhering to our privacy policy www.amazingregistry.com/privacy and the stores privacy policies The registries at the stores were not marked private We received a request by [redacted] to remove her registry on 12/(Sat), which was processed on the next business day, 12/(Mon) There is an automated mechanism for users to remove their own registries, but I guess [redacted] missed it
