Pooling of rain water in my deck after install of pavers.
When *** first came to discuss install of the pavers into my home. I explained that I had a concern over the pooling of water. He felt that if I created a drain towards the back it would not pool. To my dismay first time we had a rain in a big way. We had major pooling. I texted *** on that day. March 12th. Nothing was done. They said they would look at several scenarios to repair but nothing has occurred. *** father called me also....and said they could not make it work. Told him to look for a solution that did. He never got back to me on the possible repair. Or the needs to make it happpen. Of course they had no problem collecting the install of the tile. Which was very expensive all on its own. In May sent another video and update of the pooling. called him back. No response. Just very disappointed with their follow up and their workmanship.
