Thank you for making us aware of this complaintI've been in touch with the customer and we are in the process of resolving the issueI have sent her a return label and will refund her order once we have received the returnsAs you can see from the attached, we responded to
the customer multiple times via e-mailWe believe that she may not have received these e-mails due to filters or something else outside of our controlFurther, on 7/31/2017, we had sent the customer notice that we were going to ship and charge her order given her lack of response to previous messages from us.
