Amato's knocked it out of the park!

I took my Mercedes-Benz GLK350 to Amato's after a rear-end collision and a terrible experience with another collision shop that I originally took the vehicle to. I spoke with [redacted] in the office and she was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning, assuring me that they would do their absolute best to turn the experience around. I can say that they definitely delivered on that promise. BIG SHOUT OUT to my estimator, [redacted], for his industry experience and amazing communication skills. I had a lot of concerns after my experience with the previous shop, and received almost daily updates from [redacted]. I have worked in the auto industry my whole life, and I am probably MUCH more involved and pickier than the average customer, and Amato's exceeded my expectations.

The work is beautiful and was completed in a very timely manner. The hood and QP alignment still needed a little adjustment when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, but one of their certified technicians fixed it right there on the spot (along with a much-appreciated lesson in Benz hood alignment, very cool). To be absolutely fair, I will say that I am the customer who will measure all the gaps on the vehicle before approving the repairs, and it really was a very minor adjustment.
