Bridal & Tux  immediately offered to, and did refund, the entire amount, 100%. This was done even before we received this notification. She received the refund May 24th, if you need the date. The customer already had another seamstress lined up because of the 3 day time constraint. We offered her the refund immediately so she could pay her seamstress. We have been in the business of making Brides happy for over 25 years and we have been successful because we really do care.  We agonized over this problem because it is not the way we want to do things.  There were mistakes made and we took full responsibility. Sadly, some comments made were not meant the way they were interpreted. We thought when she left the store that we had a meeting of minds, only after reading her reviews did we know otherwise. We would hope that she will withdraw this complaint as we have done even more that she originally asked for.
