They came and looked at my leaky shower. They replaced stems but leak was still there. They recommended the valve needed to be replaced to stop it. They didn't charge me for the first visit or new stems. Andrew returned the following day and replaced the valve and no more leak. Another plumber had told me it couldn't be fixed. Andrew was meticulous in his work and left everything very clean and put everything back which to me was above and beyond (to include the clothing he removed from the closet to put an access panel). I felt the price was very fair, and I didn't have to wait days for them to schedule us in. We will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs.
