I am rejecting this response because: The wheel and hub were used parts and theregardless were several thousands of dollars more in damage on the vehicle, which was pointed out by the dealership and insurance companyThe vehicle was not test driven, if so then the person doesn't know cars very wellThere was an obvious roughness to it and sounded like light rubbing, this was present on drive from shop to homeAmador automotive is not close to home and the initial relief of having the jeep back left me ignorant to point out flaws sooneeNothing happened to the vehicle after it left the shop due to drivingYou can't bend engine cradle or axle driving on smooth road from point A to point B

Mr. [redacted], thank you for speaking with me yesterday and thanks again for responding to my fax to you. As you can see nothing can be done to make this person happy, we are figuring this complaint closed, no further response needed thanks again.

I am rejecting this response because: The parts new or remanufactured is not the problem here. The problem is my vehicle had an accident, it needed to be inspected and fixed, you saw an obvious busted tire, wheel, hub... you are accredited by [redacted] and you somehow missed the bent axle, damaged engine cradle and busted skid plates? What if after we got the jeep back, the engine just fell out while I was driving down the road on the way home? Then it would be a lawsuit, not a complaint! The vehicle according to the insurance company was totalled and you only assessed  $1500 in damage for one wheel. I don't want money from you. But I don't want people to think your good at what you do, because your not, as a company. Maybe an accreditation is not what I presume it to be. Maybe I will call [redacted] about that. I just don't want others to fall victim to half assed work that was performed or poor evaluation to be more accurate and direct.

VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO SHOP GOT DIFFERENT STORIES ON WHAT HAPPENED FROM CUSTOMER AND TOW TRUCK DRIVER, VEHICLE WAS UN DRIVABLE, AND RIGHT FRONT WHEEL WAS JAMMED ON HUB - RACKED VEHICLE AND SAW THAT WHEEL WAS BROKEN AND BENT AND THAT IT WOULD NEED TO BE CUT OFF OF HUB DUE TO LUG NUT DAMAGE...

DONE BY EITHER CUSTOMER AND OR TOW DRIVER, TIRE HAD A BIG HOLE IN SIDEWALL - ORDERED HUB, OE FACTORY WHEEL AND TIRE. NOTE : VEHICLE IS A ALL WHEEL DRIVE AND THIS VEHICLE HAD DIFFERENT STYLE TIRES ON IT, COULD NOT USE SPARE TIRE DUE TO IT WAS A COMPLETLY DIFFERENT SIZE.  MATCHED ONE OF THE TIRES AND HAD IT INSTALLED AT TIRE SHOP ON TO NEW WHEEL, INSTALLED NEW HUB. INSPECTED AND SAW NO OTHER DAMAGE. TEST DROVE VEHICLE TWICE WHEN DONE WITH REPAIRS TEST DROVE BOTH TIMES OK. IF THERE WAS INTERNAL DAMANAGE TO SOMETHING ELSE IT SHOWED UP AFTER DRIVING VEHICLE FOR A WHILE.
