Bought a $225 gift certificate for my wife a few days before Christmas for Ama Ti spa and salon in Norristown PA. I found out that they closed for New Years holiday with no plans of reopening. I think its wrong for them to sell gift cards for services to be rendered later if they were foing to close a week or 2 later
I was given a gift card to this salon back in October 2019 and as of Jan 2,2020 they have closed without notice. I tried contacting them to get a refund in the amount of $100.00. I have been there before so my information is saved in their system. I am unsure who to contact since the gift card was purchased with cash.
