I ordered a fuel pump for my car on Sunday, 10/09/22 at around 4 pm with 2nd-day expedited shipping ($15 fee). There was no mention of an ETA at checkout or anywhere for that matter, but I needed the part by Tuesday 10/11/22 to beat a rainstorm coming on Wednesday 10/12/22 that would last until the next week and drop the temp into the 40s. The universal definition of 2nd-day shipping from my understanding is that it will be delivered within two business days. However, after I purchased my parts, my order's ETA was on Wednesday 10/12/22 by 7pm (the 3rd business day in the evening). Had I known this, I wouldn't have spent $15 on 2nd-day shipping. When trying to get in contact with customer support, their email service link returned a 403 Gateway code and their phone number just played a message telling me to email or chat with them. The first chat ended prematurely while I was typing, and the second customer service member basically told me to F-off and deal with it, refusing a shipping refund, and ended the chat prematurely out of anger. I'm never ordering from this website again, and neither should you. I hope my $15 was worth it.

I ORDERED A WINDOW REGULATOR WITH MOTOR FOR MY 2003 CADILLAC DEVILLE AND WAS SHIPPED THE WRONG PART. SO I TRIED TO CONTACT AM AUTO PARTS FOR A REPLACEMENT OF FULL REFUND BUT I HAVE NOT GOTTEN BACK A RESPONSE FROM THEM AFTER FILLING OUT THE ONLINE RETURN FORM ON THEEIR SITE. I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO THEM BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. AFTER READING A FEW REVIEWS, IT SEEMS LIKE THAT I'M STUCK WITH A PART THAT IS NO USE FOR MY OR MY VEHIVLE AND A COUPLE OF REVIEWS STATED THAT AM AUTO PARTS WANT YOU TO FOOT THE BILL FOR SHIPPING IT BACK TO THEM WHEN IT WWAS THEIR FAQULT FOR SENDING YOU THE WRONG PART...WHAT EVER HAS HAPPEN TO COMPANY STANDING BY THEIR OWN MOTTO AND HAVING THE INTEGRITY TO DO SO AND THEN THERE'S NO TELEPHONE NUMBER THAT YOU CAN CALL TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE (HUMAN BEING) REPRESENTATIVES TO ADDRESS YOUR CONCERNS AND GET A RESPONSE AND OR AN UPDATE ON YOUR CIRCUMSTANCE OR SITUATION...NOT ONLY THAT BUT WHEN I TRIED TO PULL UP THE PART FROM ORDER LIST IT WAS NOT ON MY ORDER LIST...I HOPE AND PRAY THAT I CAN GET THIS RESOLVED AND THAT NOONE ELSE HAS TO GO THROUGH A STRESSFUL SITUATION AS I DID AND IF YOUR WINDOW IS DOWN AND WON'T ROLL UP, PRAY THAT IT DOESN'T RAIN BEFORE YOU GET THE WINDOW FIXED

I ordered a set of tow mirrors for my truckThe mirrors were shipped free and quicklyUnfortunately when I received the mirrors they shook badlyI contacted am-autoparts and requested a refundNot only did they refund my money immediately, but told me to go ahead and keep the mirrors so I didn't have to pay to ship them back

It has been over a week to be notified on how to return an order that I was not satisfied with

The transaction was easy and quick. The items are as described and very competitive prices. The email submitted to the customer service department was returned in a respectable amount of time.

I ordered a set of headlights and they were sent or quickly and came with a year warrantyThe right headlight got condensation in it after about monthsI contacted the company and got an immediate responsRecieved my new part within two days and they paid return shipping for the old partVery happy with my experience!

In June 2013, I ordered a new windshield wiper arm for my Dodge Grand Caravan When I realized that my problem was not with my existing part, but with how it needed to be installed, I returned the new wiper arm that I had ordered AM-Autoparts was helpful and prompt

I generally dont write reviews of companys I purchase things from but I had such a positive experience with am auto parts I thought I had to do thisI bought some headlight assemblies for my moms cars to replace her old ones and the ones I bought from this company were VERY inexpensive, fit perfectly, shipped quickly (for Free!)I was so impressed with this that I bought headlight assemblies for my jeep cherokee and has the exact same experienceThis is a great company and they have earned my business for any auto parts I am ever going to need in the future

Do not do business with this company! They have no phone number and do not respond to the emails within hours as promised In fact, thus far I have received no response at all They sent the wrong part on a time sensitive matter That can happen But when you have paid for expedited air shipping and get the wrong part, it is upsetting When you can't reach anyone and are left hanging for days, it is infuriating Please do not buy anything from this company!

Poor customer service will not give phone number will not send in timely mannet

Never order parts from AM-Autoparts.com worst experience I have ever hadThey over charge for parts, have no phone number because they claim they sell parts cheaper yet the part I ordered was cheaper from FordAnd despite paying for overnight shipping they didn't ship until after 6pm on FridayEffectively ensuring I would not get my parts until Monday yet I placed my order before closing on Wednesday

I ordered a wheel hub assembly for my Chevy Cavalier on eight eight 2016, I was a little skeptical at first because of all the reviews I have read online and was worried that I may not receive anythingWhen I went to the post office this morning there was a package in there and when I opened it it had the wheel hub assembly for my vehicle with seals gaskets and the proper invoice all inside the BoxNeedless to say I was very happy when this happened my only complaint is that I wish there was an actual customer service representative you can speak to instead of just send email correspondence, and I also never received the tracking number for my packageOverall I am pleased with my experience with an auto, oh and for some strange reason I had Direct TV and life insurance pamphlets and with my part no big deal

AM-Autoparts sent half of the order on a sensitive time repairThey go through a lot of red tape in order to issue partial refundHad to open a claim with eBay and CC in order to get money backThis is currently the worst customer service experience I have had to dateLook somewhere else if you need car parts

The part they sent was is malfunctioning and needs replacement but they don't respond for weeks although they claim hour response The part has a 10-year warranty they but don't respond to my 'return request' or to my numerous emails
They don't have a phone number for contact either
Appears like a cheat company Will not buy again

I don't know what all these people are complaining aboutI ordered my part from these guys, they had the best price and it got here in two days on free shipping! Couldn't be happier! :D

I ordered all four shocks/struts for my Toyota Prius on Nov and received them on the Nov using the free shipping method Having done indepth upfront analysis to ensure that I ordered the correct parts, I received exactly what I ordered (the correct parts) Installation took me less than half a day (Thanksgiving day)
Roughly a year ago, I had similar success in timely shipping/tracking when I ordered four replacement interior door latch assemblies for my son's Jeep Cherokee
I've reviewed the positive and negative reviews for this company and based on my couple orders, I would absolutely use this company again Several complaints referenced difficulty tracking so I've pasted my recent parts tracking to show easily I was able to track movement and delivery Also note that my delivery city is not a primary mail hub yet I still received my parts within five days of ordering (without expedited shipment charges):

Bunch of LIARS- wish I had read reviews before buying from this fly by night outfit-They CLAIM if you order before 5pm ET it will ship same day- so I ordered by 3 pm ET-AND I ordered 2 day Air!-Part never shipped- no phone number for business- So I email them and they say the part was late getting out so they upped my shipping to OVERNIGHT for free-WHAT A LIE- so now the part was supposed to be here today and never arrived so I go to the UPS tracking site and UPS has not even received the package yet!-Starting a charge back with my credit card company- wish they were a local company- I would [redacted]! I hope you read this you [redacted]
