I do property management in the Myrtle Beach area, and I was fortunate enough to be put in touch with Scott (owner at Perfect Climate) a few months ago. It has been very difficult to find reliable, experienced and affordable AC repair technicians in the area. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, very fair, and very professional. He is as good as any AC tech we have worked with, and you know when you call him - he is going to be the one doing the job. That is very refreshing. Often times we have called the big companies, only to have a newly hired tech sent out who has limited experience. Scott is very good and very fair, so he stays busy. But he has always gotten back to me when I contact him, and has always gotten the job done in a very timely manner. My only reservation in recommending Scott is that people will see this review and make him even busier than before, but after all the help he has provided us he deserves the public praise. If you need AC work done - call Scott. He can fix it/do it all, and compared to the big boys, his prices are very fair. It is rare to find a good deal in AC repair - either you have to pay hundreds or thousands for a minor fix, or you pay cheap and get cheap work done, and cost yourself hundreds/thousands more in the process. Scott is the rare alternative - great service at a reasonable price.
