Per Mr***'s first call with the issues he was only stating a couple of split boardsOur office manager *** came to an agreement with Mr*** that those would be replaced as soon as we had a crew available in the area without any charge because it would be under warrantyBy the time
the crew came out by Mr***'s area he claimed that there were more boards than the original handful of boards he had first asked to be replacedIt turned out to be an unusual amount of boards that Mr*** says need replacement*** needs to go out and see the fence and if in fact it is a warranty issue then we will gladly take care of replacing them all*** has been out for the past three weeks due to medical leave on a heart condition and obviously could not meet with Mr*** to resolve this matter- Mr*** is aware of thatWe are a small office and do not have a manager available right away to take a look at the fenceIt will be taken care of we just ask for time and a little bit of patience now that *** has not been in the office

I Juan have personally spoken with Mrs. [redacted] daughter when she called my cell phone last week and came into agreement with her that the fence post replacement would be taken care of before August 4th. I had understood that had become our agreement and I have made all arrangements to have...

the PVC material already in our office. Mrs. [redacted] daughter mentioned to me that they will be having a final inspection done by the village on August 7, 2017 this is why I had given her a date of completion by August 4th. At this time I am not sure what else is requested as we have already came to an agreement with not the customer but with her daughter and she seemed to agree with it they day I spoke on the phone with her.
