Always Building Solutions

We purchased a home in July of 2019. Before buying the house, our home inspector questioned the life expectancy of the roof, saying that it would not last another winter. The sellers of the house had their own roof inspector (*** of Always Building Solutions LLC) look at it and he cerified, in writing, that if there are any leaks at the property within five years, he would personally repair the leak himself. Within two weeks after purchasing our home the roof leaked and caused damage in the master bedroom. He put a blue tarp on the roof where it was leaking. He never came to repair the roof. The previous owner contacted a roofer to make the repairs. A second leak was discovered in the living room causing internal damage. Mr. never responded to our calls or texts. This forced us to have a new roof installed, at our exspense. After months of silence, Mr. stated that he is not responsible for the internal damage. We are still in need of getting this damage repaired.
