Purchased 16' X 7' Visionary Retractable Garage Door Screen on 7/21/2017. Contract was $2,295.00 with a 5 year warranty on workmanship. Screws starting falling out of the housing and the screen no longer will operate properly. The first time I called for service they referred me to someone who wanted to sell me a new unit. The second time I called they said they would have someone call me back which never happened. The third time I called I was told it would be two week before someone would call me back. That was three weeks ago. If you value service after the sale AVOID this company.
