investigation, Altitude Westminster agreed that Ms. [redacted] complaint was valid. Altitude Westminster refunded Ms. [redacted] $300 to pay for recovering her vehicle. Altitude Westminster is working with Tri-County towing to ensure that all permit-parking areas are equipped with proper signage. No vehicles will be towed until proper signage is installed.
