Altitude Trampoline Park - Pelham

The poorly qualified “manager” and his hostile demeanor toward children is disgraceful. This person, Brendon claiming to be the manager desperately needs training not only in CS but basic people skills. At least my children were able to witness this behavior and know he should never be client facing. I would NEVER step foot in this place again!

I understand the importance of keeping our children safe but I feel there could have been a better way to approach this situation and I feel that no person should be embarrassed for going to see there grandchildrenAll they had to
