Alternative Drilling Company

Alternative drillers provided absolutely no products or services. They delayed repeatedly until a month after my scheduled drill date (07/20/2014), when I got fed up and requested a refund of my 50% deposit ($10,400). After emailing [redacted], and signing a contract with Alternative Drilling through him, I paid the deposit ($10,400) through [redacted] to [redacted] on 07/09/2014. I initiated the [redacted] dispute process 08/11/2014, when I informed [redacted] I wanted a refund. I have emailed and called repeatedly to no avail. It just goes to voicemail. I have tried calling from a different number, and [redacted] answers the phone, but hangs up on me when I identify myself. Another person returned my message once, [redacted]. She said Alternative Drilling has no record of any drilling contract with me, and asked that I email her my signed copy of the contract, along with all the correspondence I have had with [redacted], which I did. [redacted], [redacted]'s Parts Dept tried to collect for some time trying to contact [redacted] at Alternative. He finally referred this to me, [redacted], Credit Manager in November 2014. All the while he still tried to contact [redacted] and [redacted] at Alternative Drilling.
