I made an online return on 11/11/19 but have yet to hear from the company or receive a return. I've also tried calling customer service with no answer
On 10/2619 I made a purchase. Last Monday 11/11/19 I made an online return. I've yet to hear from the company. According to the tracking number the items arrived at the return location on 11/13/19. I've also tried contacting their customer service department multiple times these past few days but they have yet to answer my calls or return my messages. I've also emailed them twice about my situation and they haven't contacted me back.
I wish to receive a full refund.
Ms. left one voicemail on Saturday 11/16 at 3:41pm (our office is closed on weekends).
We attempted to return her call on Monday 11/18 at 10:31am but Ms. voice mail was full and she could not leave her a message.
She says in her VM that she has been calling all week but I only have the record of where she left a VM on Saturday.
On the voice mail, Ms. Filippo did not leave a name and we were unable to leave her a message due to her voice mail being full. We will be glad to check on the return with our fulfillment center and take care of Ms..

I prefer to be emailed about this issue since I often receive solicitors contacting me. I have yet to receive an email from this company about this issue. I'm am surprised that such a reputable store could have such poor customer service. Again my return has yet to be processed especially since it was received November 13,219.
We did not have an email address from Ms. in order to email her. We only have a phone number of XXX-XXX-XXXX. Unless we can leave a message or have Ms. answer the call, we are unable to process her return. Our system does not retain credit card information for security purposes. We will need to speak directly with Ms. in order to get the information needed to take care of the return. She may give us a call at XXX-XXX-XXXX, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST.

I did contact the company through their website stating my problem during that week in which I tried multiple times to contact them. I went to their website and followed the directions as stated about how to return and print out label. https://row.ups.com/Ship/Ship/StandardShip I proceeded to ship it to UPS as stated on the website. I find this absolutely asinine that I have to argue about something so simple as a return.
