We have done business with Alsco for several years. We continually receive filthy, burned, and soiled linens that they refuse to reimburse for. Most recently, they have taken it upon themselves to charge anywhere from double to quadruple the price for linens without prior notification. Erroneous service charges are also being added to our bill where they have never been before. For a $300 order, we are being charged over $1000. We have tried reaching out through both phone and email and have not received a response.

We have responded to the concerns from *** regarding our Services and Increases that have been seen on her invoices. We have negotiated a fair and reasonable rate for our services and have extended our partnership for a 60 Month Term with ***.
