Review: [redacted] performed service on my deep freezer and stated it was a 50/50 chance of it working , and stated if the freezer was not working to call him back .. When I called him on Monday, Sept.30,2013 he stated it will be an additional 50.00 for him to come out and see what the problem is when he stated that Friday he will come back if it's not workingDesired Settlement: **'* can either refund me half the money or fix my deep freezer

We received a called September 26/2013 from Mrs [redacted] because it's deep freezer was not cooling,our technician [redacted] went there and revised the freezer and found that it had a Freon leak and that it was internal and explained to her that if she wanted he could load with Freon but the possibilities of cooling were 50/50 and that we were not able to provide warranty for the work, she accepted and signed the receipt (we provide coppy of original receipt)

The next day she called saying the freezer was not cooling and we told her that this had been explained the previous day, never we said to her that she had to pay $50.00 dollars extra to fix the deep freezer, we explain the condition of the equipment the day before( that don’t make any sense)

What she say in her claim is not true, before performing any work we explain customer everything we going to do and the price(customer sign if agree)

We work in good faith,we have more than 25 years working in NJ and we have a lot of respect for the peoples.

We call Mrs [redacted] after receiving your notification, we talk to her after conversation we picked up the deep freezer

We had to cut through the metal of the base down and we were able to find a broken pipe and then replaced it than on having checked the compressor it was with water we had to replace it, cleaning the system with dry nitrogen, installed new filter charge with freon again-the freezer is working (is a miracle)

The cost of the work is $325.00 but we will not charge, is free as a courtsey of the company we hope Mrs. [redacted] is sastified
