Al's One Stop Auto

I took a Toyota Siena van to have rear passenger side of tire repaired. They discovered two nail punctures and told me the tire was no good. They show a tire on the rack and told me it’s a new tire, they charged me $140 for it. Unfortunately the next day I found the tire went flat again. I drove to my regular mechanic to have it check out. My mechanic found out that the replaced tire was repaired one with some patched holes. Apparently they didn’t do a good job and it leaked. He also told me Toyayo Siena requires a special tire, and replaced one by AL’s one stop auto was not the right tire. I asked my regular mechanic to put on the right tire, and went back to AL’s auto shop to ask for refund. The guy said he never told me the replaced tire was new that there was no warranty on the replaced tire. He refused to give me a refund.
