Super satisfied with how this issue was addressed. It's obvious the staff at Bob's wanted to make good on this issue.
Thanks,

Review: Went to have a key copied for my suzuki sx4, the person who copied the key selected the wrong type of key for my vehicle and after the person put the key into the ignition, the key would not come out. A locksmith with the company was called to cut out the key with a file and dremmel style rotating tool. In the process, the locksmith severely damaged the steering column housing and the key ignition port. After I brought this to the attention of Bob's Locks (Lifetime Security Management), over 2 weeks and several phone calls and an emailed photo of the damage, I've received no indication from the company that they intend to take responsibility for the damage they've caused trying to remedy an error caused by one of their own staffDesired Settlement: Please make arrangements for your bonding agency to schedule a repair of this damage, or cooperate with my auto insurance agency when they contact your company.
