The owner *** came out and gave me an estimate on some tuckpointing work I wanted done. He stated $200 and I buy the concrete. He brought workers over to scrap the paint and he was supposed to get started. He left came nack and collected the money for the concrete and the deposit, all to total $150. He left never to return to do the work or return my money. He does not retirn my phone call or text messages.
