Review: I was suppose to stand in friends wedding and had to leave out of town for almost a month due to emergency so I had the bride and groom who is a good friend of mine cancel my reservation for rental to stand in her wedding which was done a week prior to wedding. I then received a voicemail from male associate from Harvey, LA location to contact him at my earliest convenience about a refund. I then called 3-4 weeks after returning back into state and told I can not get any refund since event passed but could of if done before event. I did cancel my reservation before event but because I couldn't go to a location before since I was out of state, I am not eligible for a refund. I understand if I just didn't notify anyone prior to wedding then yes I shouldn't get refund but I gave a notice and received voicemail which I saved saying I would get a refund.Desired Settlement: I was told in voicemail I would receive refund and now told I will not.
