Alrem, Inc.

I recently had a new windshield installed in my truck, so I went to Bear Alignment AKA Alrem, Inc, to get replacement PA inspection and emission stickers. I knew this was a no-fuss deal, so I was surprised to hear the counterman tell me they would have to run the truck through another emission inspection before I could get another emission sticker, meaning they would charge me for this service. I don't know if his intent was to blow me off (it was a Saturday morning) or rip me off but I was not happy with this experience. I went to a different inspection station and within 10 minutes I was out the door with the needed stickers.
